5. OUR DELICIOUS SHEEP’S MILK ICED DESSERT. Slim Ewe is a great tasting and ultra creamy Sheep’s milk iced dessert. Because Sheep’s milk is naturally creamy, it has all the same gourmet flavours as our dairy range AND has less than 2.5g of fat per 100ml serving! Our Slim Ewe is also suitable for many people suffering from intolerances to cows milk, as sheep’s milk lactose is much more readily digested by humans than that found in cows milk. |

1. OUR SECRET INGREDIENTS. All our dairy ice cream is made from fresh, whole-cream cow's milk. We ensure the milk is of the highest quality. Double cream and clotted cream is added for a richer, creamier taste. |
