David and Sue Baker produce a luxury range of homemade dairy ice creams here, made with top quality cow’s milk, a speciality range of sheep’s milk iced dessert and sorbets with spring water. David and Sue are the largest producers of sheep's milk iced dessert in the UK.
During the summer months, Styles Farmhouse Ice Cream employs around 70 staff, producing ice cream on the farm and selling it from vans, trailers and tricycles. The company attends around 370 shows annually, including the majority of the agricultural shows held between Barnstaple and Portsmouth.
